Abstract

El objetivo principal del artículo es analizar el auge de la educación a distancia en Venezuela desde la pandemia, destacando importancia del uso de las plataformas satelitales con el fin de superar barreras de acceso en zonas remotas y garantizar la continuidad educativa bajo el apoyo de los proyectos desarrollados por el gobierno bolivariano a través del Ministerio de Ciencia y Tecnología y sus entes ABAE y CANTV.

     Ingeniero Electrónico. Integrante del Proyecto Satelital Simón Bolívar, Venesat-1. Militar Activo de la Aviación Militar Bolivariana, con especializaciones en comunicaciones Internet egresado de la UPM en Madrid, España y en comunicaciones satelitales egresado del Centro Internacional de Telecomunicaciones de la República Popular China.
